Jäderberg & Cie. Jäderberg & Cie. is a Hamburg-based single-family office with Swedish roots, dedicated exclusively to projects with massive impact.

As an entrepreneurial impact investor, we identify unique projects that offer massive systemic impact and at the same time show potential for a resilient, profitable business model. In our role as impact guardian, we ensure that the intrinsic impact remains untouched and is continuously improved in terms of impact, management and measurement.

Our current focus is on nature-based solutions, i.e. forestry, regenerative agriculture, ocean health, drinking water and food distribution.

The flagship project since 2010 is JC Sandalwood. It represents a blueprint for reforestation and biodiversity. On 575 hectares of mixed forest in the tropical north of Australia, 275,000 sandalwood trees are growing as part of the world’s most valuable commercial forest. This belongs to a consortium consisting of the Harvard University endowment fund, the Church of England, the Abu Dhabi sovereign wealth fund and us. We are the only ones giving co-investors access to this impact investment. From 2028, we expect JC Sandalwood to generate gross proceeds of over one billion euros.
